Next, I focus on the services I am promoting. Each piece of content highlights different aspects of my services, showcasing their value and how they solve my audience's problems.

I also consider the customer journey. I ask myself what stage my audience is at and their real problems and pain points. Understanding my audience allows me to create content addressing their needs and challenges.
